National financing systems and differences in apprentices pay

What are the costs for apprenticeships and how are these shared between employers, apprentices, the State, schools and other training providers? Please join us for the next EAfA webinar organized by the Apprenticeship Support Services on Tuesday 23rd February 2021 on Financing apprenticeships in the EU: Financial flows, shared funding, apprentice pay, and the COVID crisis to find out more!

Participants will discuss the patterns of financing apprenticeships by looking at the main financial flows between the actors involved, and mechanisms for collection and distribution of funds. There will be a special focus on apprentice remuneration and financial support to apprentices.

And finally, we will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting financing arrangements for apprenticeships across the EU.

The webinar will be led by Patrycja Lipińska expert at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, and Jörg Markowitsch, senior partner at 3s Research & Consulting.

As usual, the event will include a question and answer session at the end.
